Born in the eastend of Glasgow, a cornerkick from Celtic Park itself, George Smith is a lifelong Celtic Supporter.  His love of the club shines out from his exquisitely detailed canvases, a passion that can only be captured by a true fan.

In recent years, George has become a full time professional artist with his favourite subject the team he loves - Celtic fc 

Several players, past and present, own his work.  Two of his paintings hang in Celtic Park in the 7s Restaurant  (above) - lifesize depictions of Henrik and Jinky.  

The Celtic Supporters Association recently commissioned a 7' x 4' painting of Tommy Burns which is the centrepiece of their new Tommy Burns Lounge at their club on London Road (right).
